Time: 2pm to 4pm

Cost: There is a contribution towards the hire of the room.

The Art Appreciation group enjoys learning about different artists, sculptors and photographers.

Some of our sessions focus on a particular artist. A member of the group will volunteer to find out about an artist or group of artists and then they share their knowledge with the rest of the group. In other sessions everyone will find out something about a particular topic. For example, in July we are looking at the dangerous aspects of art ranging from toxic paint to accidents that happened when art was being made.

You do not have to be an artist to enjoy learning more about art! Come and join us.
